Universal Fighting Engine Download
Universal Fighting Engine (or UFE) is a toolkit designed to help you develop your own 2.5D fighting game, using a highly customizable open source framework and easy to use visual editors. Those who studied fighting games have probably realized just how complex even the smallest thing is when dealing with balance and frame data.
Have you ever heard of the video game series Super Smash Bros, and thought “This is cool, but why isn’t Character X in this game?” Well, you don’t need to wonder any longer! TUSSLE is a platform fighter that can have literally INFINITE characters!

How is this possible? Why, through the power of Open Source! The game is fully modifiable, and will have a robust and simple character builder to turn your favorite characters into fighters. Grab sprites from that old SNES fighting game you loved, or draw up your own original character to join the tussle!
TUSSLE is currently in alpha, but development is moving quickly! If you want to keep up to date with the changes as they come in, make sure to follow us on twitter @TUSSLEdev which will be posing a real-time changelog as anything is updated. Simple:
If you just want to play the game, you can download an executable from Gamejolt, and run main.exe. To pull the most recent data from GitHub, run Updater.exe.
Advanced:
After downloading the full source code, run main.py in python. The game runs on python 2 or 3, and requires the modules pygame and numpy.
Windows users:
- Download the Python installer from python.org (NOTE: Download 32-bit Python, even if your computer is 64-bit. Pygame only works with 32 bit python)
- After installing Python, install Pygame for the version of Python you installed.
- Install NumPy
- Run main.py in python. (If windows does not recognize to open main.py in Python, right click on it, Click Open With -> Choose Another App and navigate to your python directory and select python.exe
Linux users:
- Install python through your package manager, such as
apt-get install python - Install pip through your package manager, usually a command like
apt-get install python-pip - Run the commands
pip install pygameandpip install numpy - Navigate to the folder you extracted TUSSLE to and run
python main.py
Mac users:
- I'm gonna level with you here. I don't have a mac. I've never installed python on a mac. I don't even know if TUSSLE currently actually works on a mac. It shouldn't be too different from Linux, but if you've gotten it working on a mac, please let us know so I can update this section. Sorry for that!
By default, TUSSLE's controls are the following:
Player 1 -
- Movement - Arrow Keys
- Physical Attack - Z
- Special Attack - X
- Jump - C
- Shield - A
Player 2 -
- Movement - IJKL
- Physical Attack - U
- Special Attack - H
- Jump - I
- Shield - O
These controls can be re-bound in the menu in-game, or by modifying the file settings/settings.ini. To use a Gamepad, you can create a keybinding object inside of the settings menu in-game, and to assign it to a player, enter the player controls menu, and when re-binding a player's controls, hit a button on the gamepade you would like that fighter to use.
Inside of the settings file, you can also modify things such as the screen size (NOTE: There are currently some layout bugs with bigger screens, and the camera doesn't zoom in as far, but the game is playable at larger resolutions). There are also Physics Presets inside of the settings/rules folder. These settings are mostly un-implemented and serve as reminders for us to do them later, but they are all planned to be modifiable.
Currently, there is no simple character builder, but if you've got some Python chops, you're free to create your own (find out more about how to build characters on our website projecttussle.com)
To install a downloaded character:
Europa universalis 3 download completo. The game was released for in January 2007, and was later ported to by Virtual Programming in November 2007.The player controls a nation and handles matters concerning war, diplomacy, trade, and economy.
- Extract the character folder to fighters
And that's all! If the character is properly formed, it'll be selectable in-game!
For stages:
- Extract the stage folder to stages
Boy is that easy. It's just making them is the hard part at the moment!
Firstly I would like to explain my Universal Cheat Mod. To be honest, it's not as great as the mod SLDR gives us, but it's not meant to replace it in the first place; It's meant to be used alongside or without it. As of 6/9/2018 and Build 25.00, these are some of the major features of the Universal Cheat Mod
- It works with any Game Version Modded or Unmodded (and should be compatible with all future versions).
- It works with or without SLDR's Mod and with or without the Replay Customization Mod
- It allows you to Summon Characters onto the scene, making it so you don't have to go look for them.
- Modify the player's stats!
- Includes a Reset Option, Which allows you to do options like Quickie, or small favor or large favor, multiple times without having to wait until the next day.
- It allows the Adjustment of Love, Lust, Inhibition, Corruption, Willpower, Control, and Favor
- It allows you to instantly Suppress, Re-calibrate, or Reprogram someone when in their specific character Cheat Menu
- It allows you to Finish All Programming for all characters immediately or failing that, by the next time you go to sleep.
- You can toggle if they are Obsessive or Nymphomaniacs.
- All (current) characters have their Cheat Menus done already.
- There is a gallery mode where you can look at different poses and outfits you want them in (If the outfit is not found in the images there will be an error. Just press ignore and don't press it again)
- The Mod is tied to a hotkey and is activated whenever you press the ',' or Comma Key. I will not answer the question of how to activate the mod because it is plainly written right here.
Here's how the replay mod works..It works in conjunction with the Universal Cheat Mod and is activated the same way as the Universal cheat Mod and is on page 3 of the cheat menu. On Page 3 of the Cheat Menu, you set up your Replay Value Defaults. These set up how you want the Replay scenes to play by default. There are 13 Customization Options, one for each flaw and one for the Well Endowed Perk. In addition there is a Skip Replay Customization Toggle, allowing you to skip the Customization and use only the default settings (once again set on Page 3 of the Cheat Menu) for the scene.
To Install the mods just drop the extracted files into the game folder within the SuperPowered Folder.
Remember the Replay mod can NOT work without the Universal Customization Mod.
Also Remember the Mod is tied to a hotkey and is activated whenever you press the ',' or Comma Key.
If you have any tips on how to improve the code, I would appreciate them. I'm not as familiar with Ren'py as I am with other various gaming engines and want to improve.
