Blizzard, please add Warcraft 2 to the Classic games shop option. I can`t even explain with my words how much this game means to me, and how many memories from my childhood are connected to it. And nowdays i must make some shaman dances to run it on a modern PC.
Warcraft franchise and Blizzard games multiplayer community really starts with this game. So I want you to honor this fact by bringing game back to life. And I want to assure you that me and many more will support you in doing so by cash.
If you don`t sure go with this project on Kickstarter and you`ll see how many people support my idea.

the only problem with warcraft 2 b.net edition is that game never been patched to play without cd-rom like starcraft/brood war or diablo 2/LoD and war 3 roc/tft. they will need to modify the game to make a digital edition we can play without cd-rom and i don't think they will do. i think u still can find war 2 b.net edition never used version(a fresh new game) on eBay or amazon. i bought mine from great britain (im canadian) in 2008. medaillon edition. still work fine on windows 10.

Have you tried to claim your code at battle.net? Tried claim mine, but i bought it used and code was used, so it didn't work, but i can play with disc or disc image in virtual drive. If your code is fresh, can you try what happens if you try to claim it, so i don't need to buy new fresh game to try that out.

i read 2 years ago that you can't redeem WC2 b.net key code and add this game in classic blizzard games list.. work only with diablo 2+lod, wc3 + ft and SC+bw

They have to do it. i miss this game so much :( They can make the game even free... like brood war and original as it is today! without hd version!

Not legally through Blizzard, it's not. They don't sell it on the online store, so your brother must've downloaded a pirated version. It's no even available for free (as a couple of their very old games are) on the downloads page. The only one Blizzard sell is Warcraft 3.

No s*** sherlock. Hes saying his bro did it, so its possible. not that he did it the right way. Hes saying that it can be done, so blizzard should do it officially, which f*** yes they should.

well now it's on gog so rejoice! also it includes WC1...
now only question is it the booring CD audio or can i hook up my roland soundcanvas 88 to get the sweet sweet epic roland midi goodness?

gog is selling it, if you want to buy it, you need to buy it from gog.

GoG Galaxy added it for all system for ~10€, same for Diablo I.
