Cara Disable Secure Boot
Hi all, I'm trying out the Windows 10 technical preview on my laptop and so far its awesome! I had to disable driver signing enforcement to get my mouse working.. but thats a different story
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 11 2-in-one with a 64GB SSD swapped in
Secure Boot helps to make sure that your PC boots using only firmware that is trusted by the manufacturer. You can disable Secure Boot through the PC’s firmware (BIOS) menus, but the way you disable it varies by PC manufacturer. If you are having trouble disabling Secure Boot after following the steps below, contact your manufacturer for help.
My question is can I get secure boot to work with the new OS? Fl studio cpu overload fix. I can enable it in BIOS, but as soon as I do, it says there are no bootable devices and I have to turn it off again to be able to boot. Can I somehow add a key for the new Windows 10 install?
I normally wouldnt care about secure boot, but on this laptop when its disabled, the BIOS splash screen appears for 5-8 seconds instead of <1 second with secure boot enabled. The BIOS splash screen is a majority of my boot time for the laptop, which isnt ideal.
